250gm Everbest Ku Loh Meat 1/2 medium tomato,cut into cubes 1 red chili, cut square 1 small green bell pepper, cut into cubes 1/2 small cucumber cut into cubes 10 curry leafs Oils as needed
2 tablespoons of chili sauce 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup 1/2 tablespoons of vegetarian oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoons of light soy sauce 1/2 tablespoons of sugar Pinch of salt A little tapioca flour for thickening Water as needed
Thaw the Ku Loh Meat, deep fry until golden brown crispy, remove and drain.
Heat up oil, stir fry the remaining ingredient, then add seasoning and stir well. Add tapioca flour to thicken.
Finally, add Ku Loh Meat stir well to mix, dish out and serve.
